1. Orders

You may place an order by following the instructions provided on the Website. Upon receipt of your order, we may issue an order confirmation by email (“Order Confirmation”). An Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Intellinx.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including but not limited to cases where:

• You do not agree to these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy

• Invalid, incomplete, or incorrect contact or delivery details are provided

• Payment is unsuccessful or reversed

• The requested service or product is unavailable

• Information submitted is inaccurate or misleading

• Orders appear to be for commercial resale without authorization

• Bulk or repeated orders are placed using the same contact details

• Any misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is identified

• Any other reason deemed necessary by Intellinx

If an order is cancelled after payment is received, the paid amount will be refunded as per the refund terms below.

2. Prices and Offers

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. If a pricing error affects your order, you will be notified and may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a refund.

3. Payments

The total amount payable will be displayed at checkout. Payments may be made using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods enabled on the Website.

By initiating a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The payment facility is a facilitation service using authorized banking and payment gateway infrastructure

• Intellinx is not a banking or financial institution

Payments are generally charged at the time of purchase. Intellinx is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider. In certain cases, re-authorization may be required, but duplicate charges will not be applied.

Intellinx reserves the right to impose transaction limits or refuse payments based on prior transaction history, regulatory requirements, or risk assessment.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in cases where services cannot be delivered as agreed or where a product is damaged or defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Key refund terms:

• Refunds must be requested within the time period specified on the Website or communicated during the transaction

• Approved refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees only

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within approximately 3 weeks of approval

• Any discounts, coupons, or cashback availed will be deducted from the refund amount

• Failure to raise a refund request within the stipulated time may make you ineligible for a refund

5. EMI

Any EMI facility available on the Website is offered directly by banks or NBFCs at their discretion and applicable interest rates. All EMI-related terms, approvals, and disputes are strictly between you and the respective financial institution. Intellinx bears no responsibility for EMI-related issues.

6. Shipment & Delivery (If Applicable)

Where physical products are involved:

• Orders may be fulfilled by Intellinx or authorized partners

• Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout

• Incorrect address details may lead to delays or failed delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and may extend up to six (6) weeks depending on product availability and external factors beyond reasonable control.

7. Inspection and Acceptance

You are advised to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, you should either refuse delivery or clearly note the damage on the courier receipt.

Any product damage must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in denial of replacement or refund.

8. Cancellation and Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, unless expressly allowed by Intellinx.

Intellinx reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Pricing or product information errors

• Stock or service limitations

• Fraud or verification concerns

• Bulk or unauthorized resale orders

• Invalid address or contact details

• Any reason beyond reasonable control

If payment has already been made, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
